From breast to bottle

Im about to try and get my 8 week old onto bottles. I have until now breast fed him all the way but just recently I have felt the need to top up my milk with an occasional bottle. I dont feel that i am producing enough milk now so im about to cut the breast milk out all together. Has anybody got any tips on doing this?

I may end up doing this depending on answers to my latest question! I cant not drink for another 6 months!
