We have split up and im not sure what to do

im feeling so down I dont know what to do. I only have a few weeks left until my daughter is born and me and the father have split up. I didnt want to but he says that things have changed and now hes not interested. He has completely changed recently. He says he does want to be involved in his daughters life but doesnt want anything to do with me. I so want him back but i dont know what to do.
